HT281-4系列光电耦合器是采用CSOP封装的四通道晶体管输出型光耦。HT281-4/-4A/-4C/-4K执行GJB 8120-2013《半导体光电模块通用规范》，其中HT281-4/-4A/-4C可供选择的质量等级为GM1,GM2、GM3,JP;HT281-4K为JP级产品;HT281-4T为工业级产品,可根据技术条件增加筛选项目。
