4CH UC LWDM Mux Demux

北亿纤通4CH UC LWDM Mux Demux是新一代的4通道微型LWDM细波分器件，其封装尺寸为20126.5mm，典型插损值小于1.0dB，它利用TFF光学薄膜滤波片，采用三维自由空间光程压缩技术的设计。与标准三端口器件相比较，其封装体积缩小到五十分之一，其插损值减小到二分之一。采用热应力控制结构设计提高了产品的可靠性，使得器件能够满足工业温度的运行条件；壳体封装采用可伐材料激光焊接工艺，确保器件能够在苛刻的环境下使用。

产品特点：
● 超低插损，4通道的典型插损值小于1.0dB，为发射器节约功率预算；
● 超小封装体积，典型的器件厚度为5.90mm，满足6.0mm厚度的机箱间隔；
● 波长精度高，可以单个通道精细调节；
● 超工业温度范围运行，满足无温控环境运行；
● 激光焊接封装，单侧出纤结构，便于安装。

产品应用：
● 集成到各类标准和非标准LWDM高速收发模块中；
● 适用于点对点的LWDM网络系统；
● 5G前传网络；
● -40°C〜 85°C的工作温度范围，适应各类无温控的LWDM PON网络，起到低碳节能作用；
● 采用耐腐蚀的不锈钢壳体封装，满足其他苛刻的使用环境。
