描述
DFB单波长激光器，即分布式反馈激光器，是一种特殊的半导体激光器。它通过在半导体材料中引入一定的周期性折射率变化，实现了单模、波长可调的激光输出。DFB激光器内置布拉格光栅，这种光栅的周期性折射率变化能够产生反射，使得特定波长的光波在反射镜之间来回波动并逐渐放大，最终输出一束窄而强的单色光。
