Description
F-tone DQPSK is based on silica PLC technology. The demodulator consists of two integrated Delay Line Interferometers (DLIs), providing in-phase and quadrature analysis of differentially phase-encoded signals.
To accommodate the unpredictable and varying nature of the received signal polarization, the demodulator has been optimized such that the performance exhibits extremely low sensitivity to polarization variations.
